I am going to purchase leftover days on a Hopper and would like to be reassured that there are the amount of days that the person says there are? I do not want to be scammed or ripped off. Is there a phone number on the cards?

  1. The short answer is that you can't find out until you attempt to use them at the Main Entrance.

Disneyland tickets are Non-Transferable.  They won't provide this infomation unless you can prove that you are the original user.   But you have to ask yourself, why would the original user not know how many days they went to Disneyland in the last couple of weeks?

Some other things to think about.  It is not only the number of days left, but the time since it was first used.  Most Disneyland tickets expire 13 days after first use.  If they went 2 months ago the tickets are now void regardless of how many days are on them.   Also, Disneyland does have the ability and the right to "void" a ticket if they feel it was mis-used.  So if you did call and give them all of the information from the ticket they may just void the ticket anyways, if you could not prove you are the original person.

You are taking a gamble by purchasing a partially used ticket.  You may be just fine and have no issues at all.  But if the ticket is no longer any good you have no options other than to purchase a regular ticket.

  2. You can ask any ticket seller at the booth to Tigger (Yes, from Winnie-the-Pooh) your ticket.  You might have to go to Guest Services because not that many cast members knew about Tigger when I worked there.  But Tigger can tell what days you used your ticket and what time you entered the parks.

The ticket takers usually stamps the tickets with the date and the turnstiles are suppose to punch a tiny little hole at the bottom of the pass to mark how many days have been used.

If you don't want to travel down there, call (714) 781-4400.  This is the Disneyland Resort Ticketing & Reservation Hotline and someone should be able to assist you.

Please advise that most tickets expire 14 days after the first day of use on multi-day passes.  However, there are multi-day tickets with a two year expiration date but those can only be purchased at the gate.  (Unless they changed it.)

But since you are using someone else's ticket, you might have some complications.  The original ticket holder is suppose to sign in front of the the ticket seller or the name is already printed on to the ticket.  Ticket Takers are suppose to ask each multi-day ticket holder for ID when the enter the park.  If it doesn't match then, they'll ask purchase a valid ticket to enter the park.  Because they consider that as stealing if you use someone elses pass.  So, enter at your own risk.
