  1. Yes but you have to be careful because usually stomach acid has eaten away at some of the enamel and whitening can make this worse. You'll also have a higher chance of sensitivity.

    The best thing to do is use a whitening toothpaste that also takes care of tartar and other mouth problems (like anything that says total) and something like ACT restoring mouthwash to help protect and build up your enamel.


  2. I would go see a dentist to make sure that it is safe enough to whiten your teeth in the first place. Bulimia can often ruin the enamel on your teeth especially if you have had it for a long time.

    If in fact it is safe to whiten your teeth, you can have your dentist do it for you, but they are usually very expensive and can be a couple hundred dollars.

    Drugstore whiteners work well too, but also can be more harmful to your teeth. If you choose to do this, I suggest using sensodyne toothpaste. That helps a lot and makes your teeth less sensitive.

    I myself have used crest white strips (classic) and they definitely do work.
