You just have to brush brush brush away use dental floss and muthwash the works maybe baking soda too or strips to put on your teeth overnight i believe you can also ask your dentist it shouldnt hurt

Home made- Baking soda just sprinkle some on ur brush

Store Bought- Crest white strips

i just use listerene whitening mouthwash it really works.

Use a toothpaste with whitening such as Crest or Colgate.  Also, make sure you floss and rinse with some good mouthwash such as Listerine (some have whitening).  For extra whitening, I reccoment whitening strips.  My preference is Crest, but you may use any kind.  I've also heard of baking soda to whiten teeh, although I'm not totally sure on that.  Combine toothpaste, mouthwash, and whitestrips, and daily brushing, then your teeth will get whiter and  stay whiter.
