spot spray with total vegetation  killer-or pull by hand -its a  spreading root system will take time

cut it as close to the ground as possible,when its dead just pull it away.then put root killer on whats left in ground.

best to sever it at the base leave it 2 or 3 months then have a go at removing it it will be far easier to remove, enjoy!  ps poison stumps
