How casn i connect my pc to my lg plasma tov and use it as a monitor?

Get a video card called the all in wonder. It has RCA and S video jacks installed. That will allow you to plug it into your TV.

If it is capable then it has the plug in the back that fits your monitor...I think it is blue and has to two holes on the side

You have to have a video card that has an output compatible with your TV.  Most video cards have at least an S-Video output.  Some have HDMI outputs that work with many HD TVs.  There is lots of good info in the forums at http://www.htpcnews.com/  That is where I learned how to build my HTPC (Home Theater PC).  Good luck.
