How clear is the water in Cabo San Lucas?

For people who have traveled to Cabo . . . how clear is the water. I was recently in Puerto Vallarta and the water was murky, like lake water. Are Cabo's beaches better?

Here in Cabo, don't have to much rain, that's what happens in Puerto Vallarta. The water here is crystal clear.

the sea water its clear and yes at the dock its a little dirty because of the yachts oils and some other elements, but its just that area, you will see the beaches are so beautiful with diferents blues and greens

You will find that the water in CSL is very clear and clean compared to PV.   However, our marina is the same as PV - murky and dirty.  Those who just come off a cruise ship and stay in the area might get the impression it is the same....but not even 5 minutes away the beaches (medano & lovers) are sandy and the water turquoise to deep blue.
