  1. Hi,

I would advise you to seek help asap. To be honest, I would go to hospital straight away because you are seriously underweight. Otherwise it will just carry on, and it will take much longer to recover. Unfortunately I waited far too long and suffered from anorexia for over 11 years. My period has never come back even though I have put on some weight. It simply took too long and too much damage was done. I regret this very much now even though I can say that I have recovered. I am very grateful for this and would not wish this form of suffering to my worst enemy. I really hope that you feel yourself that you would like to get out of this vicious cycle and have the opportunity to get help.

Just let me know if you need further information about inpatient treatment for anorexia etc. I will be happy to help.

  2. Do you want to be hospitalized or feel the need to be?  I've been hospitalized for it before and it helped me, but it doesn't help some people.

You're not too terribly far off, but I would try to get some kind of help before you get that bad, unless that's what you feel you need...

Take care, stay strong, and love yourself...

  3. Check yourself into a clinic honey before you fall over dead.  Anorexia is not about food but a mental disorder.  Go to the doctor and get help.

  4. You are actually very close it seems. Your bmi is low, extremely low. I would suggest you get help but i really doubt that would happen. Maybe it's time to just maintain, instead of still trying to lose?

  5. You are probably about 30 lbs underweight so whether or not you end up in hospital remains to be seen. If your immune system is very weak due to under eating and you feel very tired and very weak all the time and you are constantly getting ill due to a very weak immune system then it is likely to be in the near future.
