  1. Rain Clouds are in itself cluster of Evaporated water and Nothing else .

When it meets with cold wind the temparature level of the moisture drops off and it RETURNS to its original form as LIQUID from Water wapour which was at higher temparature levels

    ALL the best

  2. As we know that the water evaporates in the form of water vapour under the action of heat .This water vapour/moisture gets deposited  on the hygroscopic particles(like very small dust particles, salts)and due to their light weight these moisture laden particles move up against the gravity..after reaching certain height they form clouds. These particles cool down after sometime leading to condensation(the act or process of reducing a gas or vapour to a liquid or solid form) and finally because of coalescence these particles gain weight and begin to fall down on to the earth in the form of rain, snow, etc.

  3. Clouds contain water (an invisible gas) and either liquid water or ice (or both).  So they store water in all those forms.  The liquid water and ice remain suspended in the cloud because they are so light that their terminal velocity is quite small, so even the smallest updraft will keep them from falling out.  Eventually the ice crystals may grow so large that they start falling, or the water  droplets join together to make a big drop that doesn't float any more, and it falls out as rain or snow.  Much of the time it starts as rain and melts on the way down to turn into rain.

  4. convectional rainfall: water evaporates into vapour, that vapour is the cloud....when the cloud reaches a certain height...i think its the dew point, it cools and turns back into a liquid and rains...

  5. Cloud itself is a collection of tiny water droplets condensed on tiny condensation nuclei(dust ,smoke particles already floating in the atmosphere) .The combined weight is very less and  hence they float in the air in the form of cloud.
