It helps if you have a reverse cycle airconditioner, as I use it more in winter time than summer time. But yes it was verrrrrryyyyyyy cold here on the Sunshine Coast. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

In Wollongong (1 hour south of Sydney)NSW at 9.30/10.00am it was still only 7.5C now its about 12C so still pretty nippy.

oh my lord it is so cold i think i will die please someone spare me the torture of living in this god-forsaken home of chilly death and decay of my soul which burns with freezing hatred for the sun which has left me bereft of heat and warmth and the love which has sustained me all these years of my cold and miserable life which shall soon end at the mercy of this unforgiving indiana weather.

It was 0 degrees in Gympie this morning....It's now 1.45pm and it's just about 13 degrees

It's warming up a bit now, but it was only 1 here at 5am. I live on the western outskirts of Brisbane and we're fairly high up.

I live in a part of outback NSW that never rains and it is normally stinking hot. It is cold, overcast and raining now. I'm waiting for snow in far north queensland now. lol.

I arrived from Canada in 2006 and that winter is freezing. I still haven't properly adapted to QLD so that's why I don't call it cold. In winter there, we have -(something) like as normal.

Up on the coalfields.....it was zero here  but starting to warm up now.......it's 5dg's in my kitchen !
