  1. Yeah it is cold.  Usually some rain almost every day.  Even if the temp is in the 40s  or so....it is a very damp cold b/c of the rain.

    Wrap up well and an umbrella wouldnt go astray

  5. This time of year bring a coat that has a fleece lining that can be removed, a sweatshirt or seater to wear if a bit warmer and bring an unbrella.  Make sure the outer shell of the coat is waterproof or at least water resistant.
