  1. Well....i would say 65 degrees but it depends why your going there and what your wearing.

  2. That sounds good.  The temp just needs to be warm enough for you.  I never go when it is hot out because the animals are always hiding away.  Cool days are the best!

  3. If you can be reasonable comfortable in a light to moderate jacket or sweater, it's probably fine, and unless your a real lightweight, 58 degrees should be fine for that.

  4. As long as it isn't windy you will be fine.  The wind can make it feel about 20degrees colder.

  5. If cold weather doesn't bother you in particular, then Friday should be no problem. It shouldn't be too cold to see animals because most Zoos have a minimal temperature of 40 degrees to allow animals out into their habitats. Just try to go closer to the afternoon when the temperature picks up.

However, when the weather is cooler, the keepers allow animals to have 'access' to their areas off-exhibit. But as long as the wind chill isn't too low they should be out and about. Honestly, the best time to visit the Zoo is when it's around 70 degrees (not too hot or cold so the animals/visitors are happier and more active) and also not a holiday/weekend 'cause it can get pretty crowded.

Friday seems fine but warmer temps would be better. Stay current with the forecast throughout the week and when you do decide to go, have fun and enjoy yourself! It's awesome that you and your friends wanna' hang out at the Zoo.

  6. when your fingers froze, thats how you know its too cold.

well also the gusts of winds or rain drops falling on your head!! lol

i think its better to go when it is sunny. all animals would come out.

  7. well it depends when you go. in the morning, it will probably be colder. so i guess the afternoon would be the best time for you to go. but i would suggest waiting until the temperature is at least in the 60's.

  8. when it is raining?!?!? ((sidways ((wind))))

  9. It shouldn't be. Usually the zoos in my area only take in animals if it's below 50. Although, most of the exhibits have indoor cases as well. Even if they're not all out, most of them may be viewed from indoors. :] Hope I helped.
