How collectable is Peter Max?

I happened to find this tray in my house http://www.rogallery.com/_RG-Images/Max_Peter/Max-Happy_Tray.jpg and people keep telling me it is worth a good amount but I don't believe that, it is a tray lol. Is this true tho? Is this worth something?

I used to have a Beatles memorabilia store. If i had to guess i would put your tray at $200 or so.
