How come, on YouTube, it keeps saying "Rejected (blocked by content owner)" every time I upload a video?

  1. It says that because YouTube rejected it because the content owner (copyright owner, not you) will not allow it.

    It's pretty much in English, what part do you have trouble understanding?

    You can keep trying to upload, eventually they will cancel your account.
