How come Al Sharpton did not try and bring more charges against OJ Simpson when OJ won his case?

He his trying like **** to bring more charges against NY police even though the judge said they were not guilty. We know the answer. Just look at the person that OJ supposely killed. I guess he was happy with that outcome right? I thought ministers are suppose to teach about love and not hate?
