  1. Chest pains are usually a sign that something is going on with your heart.  Some people feel chest pains when their heart beats really fast which is extremely common for people with anxiety problems. Getting your anxiety in check will alleviate the chest pains.

  2. My doctor told me it's spasms in the diaphragm. I had 2 EKGs and a stress test to rule out heart problems.

The pain really does feel like my heart is breaking.

  3. well, when people are anxious and worried they usually have problems breathing. not so much like asthma  but becoming breathless and stuff. and when that happens less oxygen gets inside you which then causes your body to respire anaerobically (respiring without oxygen). when this happens your muscles produces lactic acid, and the build up of the lactic acid is what causes the pains in your chest. this is also why when you run sometimes you get a "stitch" in your side or muscle cramps. you are probably not breathing properly.

so next time you get anxious and stuff or go running, remeber to take deep steady breaths, and you might notice a difference.
