How come Dani Pedrossa is doing lots better than Nicky Hayden, if they are using the same reliable Honda bike?

Dani is smaller and is more talented to be honest, Nicky has problems with TC mainly he hates it and these bikes eat the tyres too quickly without it.

Thats why he starts off well but goes backwards.

The simple answer is Dani is a better rider.

The Honda was built around Dani. his small build and weight. Nicky is doing an outstanding job with what he has. he does not complain about being a second string rider in what should be the best team out there. but the fact is Dani is the better rider. when they finally get around to the pneumatic valve engine I think the rest of the paddock is going to get real worried real fast. but that's another question.

Dani has way better riding momentem and is quicker out of the turns and is fearless. The bike isnt everything its the rider,

Also, the new RC212V is built like a 250, witch suits Dani's riding style much better then Nicky's.

From what you read from his blogs and interviews it would seem clear that Nicky is not happy with all the electronics on his bike. I say, if he wants them off, turn them off! See how he gets on then.
