How come Dog the Bounty hunter can enter a residence, search it, and take people into custody?

  1. Well....because he can.

    Not sure what you're asking.

    Are you wondering about the Constitutional requirements for arrest warrants, search warrants, and such?  They don't apply to citizens.  The Constitution protects people from the government, not from citizens.  The government has to have search and arrest warrants to keep it from running roughshod over the population; Dog does not.


  2. Because he is a bad guy and thinks that he can do what ever he wants. Dog should still be in prison.

  3. Because when he gets to the residence they see that he and his crew are all dressed up like they are a bunch of 80s p**n stars, and equipped with the latest and greatest gear from Toys R Us, they feel pitty for the dorks, and let them play cops and robbers like a bunch of ten year olds.
