How come ESPN and ESPN2 don't show Rugby?

  1. Because here in America we do not like to watch Rugby let alone play it! I don't know what numbers your looking at but it's far from popular. Human bowling is more popular in the United States then rugby is!

  4. Its all about the money, and the fan base is not that large so that's the reason why its not as popular in certain parts of America.  When it does it might change.

  5. It just doesn't have enough fan interest in the U.S.   It's like asking why don't they televise the baseball world series in England - not enough fan interest.

  6. Because them or ABC doesn't have money vested in it.  Once they do, that's all you'll see.
