  1. coz we are specialer than the rest

  2. They do.  They get a visa stamped in their passports when they enter the country.  The visa is a stamp on one of the many visa pages of one's passport.  Most nationalities do not need to get a special visa to visit the U.S.  They can get a visitor visa at customs.

  3. because they usually go back home.

  4. Because they have money, usually. They will then spend this money in the US, bolstering their economy. It's the same reason American citizens can travel to Europe visa-free. Most of the developed world has similar arrangements.

  5. It all depends on travel agreements between various countries and the desire of governments to encourage or discourage travel from various places.

USA makes a lot of money from foreign tourists.  And a lot of those tourists come from Europe.

Easy travel from Europe to USA is something the US government wants to encourage for economic, cultural, and political reasons.

  6. They do and then again they don't.....

The USA has a reciprocal agreement (meaning it goes both ways!) with 27 countries (Not all of them are in Europe) This allows people to travel to the USA for a period of no more than 90 days without obtaining a visa. The reason for this is to make is easier for people to conduct business trips over here without the necessity of a visa, but also to encourage toursim... all of which brings the USA money.  Now, if a US citizen want so go and hang out in England, or Germany or France or even Japan (and any other country included in the program) for that matter they get the same benefits... 90 days no visa required.  Anyone needing to stay longer, whether it be a person coming to the US from one of those 27 countries, or a person going to the any of those 27 countries from the USA would need a visa to do so, depending on the reason they were going.

  7. That has changed the visa waiver program still requires paper work.

If you want to freely travel between countries, a passport and visa is a must

  8. Be careful when you say "Europeans" because lots of Europeans do, in fact, need a visa to come to America, as not all European countries are eligible for this visa-free travel scheme.

The US and certain countries have a special, bilateral agreement, which permits their respective citizens to travel between the two without the need to apply for a visa before traveling to the US. It's called the Visa Waiver Program, and currently 27 countries (not all European -- Australia and Japan are two such examples) are currently part of it.

Citizens of participating countries are allowed to stay in the US for tourist purposes for up to 90 days, and vice versa.

In practice, entering the US under the VWP is similar to entering the US on a visa, the only difference being that, under the VWP, you apply for the visa when you enter the US, whereas normally you would apply for the visa at the embassy of the US in your country of residence, and then travel to the US.

  9. because most European countries  are in the visa waiver, same for US citizen, they do not need a visa to enter most of Europe,(schengen zone)

    reciprocity .......

  10. Because Europeans from those particular countries don't tend to abuse our hospitality by committing immigration crimes.  At least not very often.  Report all illegal employers at http://wehirealiens.com/
