Question:

How come Evolutionist and Atheist says we come from monkey...?

Yet, when I try to hang onto and swing on branches, not the small one, but the big ones, they crack and break on me? I also saw on the news them making tools like sticks to stick into the ant hill to eat ants, while I probably will go to Home depot to buy my tools, and they can also escape from crazed predators, I can't climb or run for ****. How is it possible I descended from these creatures?

  1. We didn't, and the ToE never says we did. Humans and monkeys evolved from a common ancestor.

  2. *drink*

You didn't descend from monkeys.  You share a common ancestor with apes.  You are in the family primates.

To be really technical, you came from a protosimian; an animal that is similar to a lemur or a loris.  Few protosimians brachiate (swing through trees.)  Brachiation is a feature of more advanced simians, such as the lesser apes and orang-utans.  You cannot brachiate because you evolved in the savannah, where there are few trees.  The fact that your arms are shorter in proportion to your body than are a siamang's or an orang's proves that you evolved for different environments, with different challenges and different adaptations for coping with them.

You don't need to run from predators because you evolved in a group situation, like the other great apes.  You have a large enough brain (hypothetically) to post sentries and to scare off predators by throwing rocks and making yourself intimidating.  You are also too large for most predators to tackle.

All this information is readily available to you if you'll stop being such a lazy-*** and read a biology book.

  3. You are confusing (1) what you think evolution is with what it actually is and (2) your own anecdotal experiences for science.

    (1) The Theory of Evolution holds that all life descended from a common ancestral heritage that can be demonstrated by common inherited traits.  We did not descend FROM monkeys, monkeys  and humans both descended from a common ancestor.  The genetic traits that we share strongly suggest the link, but it isn't surprising that we are different from EACH OTHER since our path from the common ancestor was different.  If those paths where exactly the same, we would not have become two difference species.

    (2) Anecdotal experiences are not evidence, especially not when experienced first hand in a highly biased manner.

  4. How come Xian says we become child of god when we accept jebus in our heart ...? Yet, if jebus is also child of god then ain't he my big bro?  How is it possible that I never got no birthday card from him when I wuz Xian?

  5. I'm not sure whether you're trying to be funny or not.  Either way, I found your question quite amusing.

First, evolutionists didn't say we came from monkeys.  Evolution suggests we and monkeys shared a common ancestor a long time back.

Second, if one evolved from a simian ancestor common to monkeys and humans, then you wouldn't, logically, expect to be a monkey yourself would you?  Apes and Gorillas also came from a ancestor in common with humans.  In fact, all mammals (far enough back) probably share a common ancestor.  That doesn't make you synonymous with a ferret, does it?

  6. Your knowledge of evolution is very similar to that of a chimpanzee.

    I'm quite serious.

You see, the apes you see today, descended from earlier primates, even dumber than yourself.  Humans (well, most of us) have evolved faster than the chimpanzees and such.  We are more advanced due to our environment.

  7. i see you failed your trolling 101 subject.

  8. Well, I see you share the same intelligence as present day monkeys.

  9. We didn't come from monkeys why can't you get that into your head? Read up on biology.

  10. years of us evolving into creatures who use our minds instead of instincts leaves us unable to still use our talents from when we were chimps. Our brains and DNA hid those talents from lack of use and figured we didn't need them anymore.

  11. You didn't descend from monkeys. Humans and apes share a common ancestor.

I would attribute the rest of your story to idiocy rather than a lack of similarity between speicies.

  12. Because we have changed considerably in the intervening period since a tribe of ape-like creatures first diverged into two groups, one remaining arboreal and the other adopting a terrestrial lifestyle.

The open, grassy plains demanded different attributes than the trees.  The ability to swing from a branch was less important than the ability to stand -- and walk and run -- on two legs and so see predators from further away.

This environment also selected for large brains:  outwitting enemies was a more successful strategy than outfighting them.

Note that since the Agricultural and Industrial Revolutions, the chances of survival for small-brained individuals have increased substantially.  Evidence for this phenomenon is plentiful .....

  13. We descended from a common ancestor but our branch of the family got the walking upright thing instead of the tree climbing thing.

  14. Because you have 98% of their DNA.

....and 98% of their intellect, apparently.

  15. well we didn't come from monkeys so there's your answer, we came from God

  16. because you are an overweight monkey. Go onto a diet. I can climb trees, no problem.

And if you can't strip the leaves from a twig to bait ants you can't use the tools at home depot either, so why bother shelling out your parents money for some toys you can't use?

And you can't run because you are overweight and don't train for running. Trolling doesn't contribute to weight control.

  17. It's not.  How come you didn't learn enough about evolution in science class to know that?

  18. we didn't come from monkeys your f^cktard, we branched off from a similar species millions of years ago, and there is scientific proof unlike your religion which nothing to back it up. next time before you ask such dumb questions at least no the correct information...why don't you open up a science book for once and put down your dumb bible.

  19. Behold, proof!

  20. you came from a common ancestor.

  21. We didn't derive from monkeys.  Common ancestor with monkeys, apes, etc.

Two points, I thank you for them.

Too bad I gave up drinking.

  22. You may want to reread the evolution section of your science textbook.  You are clearly misunderstanding evolution.

  23. You have the same IQ.

  24. They don't.  If you had paid attention in school you would know that the theory of Evolution says that Apes and Man both came from a common ancestor.  The evolutionary branch split and one branch became Man while the other branch became Apes.
