  1. I'm taller than both my parents. It's not extraordinary. You have your own unique genetic code with some traits in common with you rparents... you do not have an identical genetic code to your parents.

  3. Maybe he has a small and a tall gene

..and your parents gave you a tall + tall gene? I don't know, do you drink a lot of milk?

  4. On top of what the people above me have said remember, shrinking is part of the aging process. He might have been 5'4 or 5'5 before you were born. Everyone naturally shrinks as they get older, theres not much you can do about it. So yes it's normal.

  5. Consider yourself lucky and keep praying that you get taller still. Your dad is a tiny man! Sorry. Its been reported that taller men earn more money and are hired quicker. Seriously, though you get 50% from dad 50% from mom. But mom's 50 can come from generations back as well as dads. Gotta consider where there 50% that they are contributing came from. More than likely you won't be your dad's clone. Totally normal. Your mom didn't mess around with the mailman---just jokin. If you're still on the fence they are offering home paternal DNA kits at the local Wal-Greens!!

Hey folks, you don't naturally shrink as"The Nurse" points out below. If you are shrinking with time its due to tiny spinal fractures from conditions like osteoporosis---get it check out and take some bone vitamins...

  6. he used to rape u in the ***

  7. Dont worry hunnie this is very normal, people are getting bigger over the years maybe your dads mam smoked while carrying him and your mam didnt, hahaha or was u placed in a grow bag...i need to try that actually. lol

  8. You most likely got a dominant gene instead of a recessive gene and you will likely be taller than both your parents.

  9. You parents height can often help decide your height, but in no way dictates that you not be taller than them.  I have a friend that is only 5'10", his son is 6'2" and is only 14.  Historically, on average people are getting slightly taller with each generation.  It has been proven that people from long ago were a somewhat shorter than modern people, so by that measure, a lot of kids out grow their parents in height.

  10. yes. your height is determined by your dad only in part. It's really you dad's genes. Also your mom's. Also your grandparents heights are expressed in your parents genes, your great grandparents, etc. People often have children with different heights than their own, and there is lots of variability. If there wasn't, wouldn't everyone be the same height?
