How come I can't...................?

Question

On my other computer. I have the Yahoo Messenger. And you can check your mail from there by clicking on the blue mail with the orange flash. Well, I can't do that from the other comp., when i click it it doesnt do anything. My laptop and comp works fine with it. just this particular one. can anyone help me?

maybe its blocking it, like a pop up blocker..

make sure its not disabled and blocked.
