How come I can't see my 360 avatar, it's been like that from today and yesterday, more inside...?

I tried getting a new photo and I did, i pressed save and now look, mess up.

Is it the photo?

Don't keep trying to change it.  Leave it messed up. Eventually, the system will process the change. If you keep changing or trying, it will start the process all over again. So, just leave it messed up and wait whatever number of days for the system to change it to the new image.
