How come I can't sign up on My-Space?

It said"The IP Address provided for signup is banned."

How come? What can I do??

Why do people living in China are forbidden to sign up??

  1. how old are you in real life?

    (that matters, as myspace has an age requirement, and they can detect it if you think you can just lie about it and sign up anyways)
