I have a roommate that gets home at 5:30 in the morning and he's loud. Why is it that he can wake me up and I'm so "awake" that it takes me an hour to fall back to sleep, but then when my alarm goes off at 7:30 (just two hours later) I can force myself to get out of bed! What's up with that?

  2. OMG!! thats the question ive been wondering lately. i wake up at 5 oclock every morning now for school instead of 630...which makes a huge difference for some reason. i cant get outta bed at 630

  3. probably because once you fall back asleep you fall into a very deep sleep. think about it.. you've been sleeping for many hours and then you wake up at 5:30. however, when you have to wake up again at 7:30, you were only fully sleeping for 30 minutes-- it takes about 30 minutes for someone to fall into a deep sleep. now, your body just wants to keep on sleeping since it JUST fell into a deep sleep. i hope that made sense. you should tell your roommate to be more considerate, lol

  4. Hiya Salty but Sweet,

    Nice name.

The reason you prefer to sleep in is because you really don't want to get up for work.

If you had £1,000,000 would you still go there?
