How come I find sand in my eyes after I wake up?

Where dose it all come from, I know this happens to everybody, I'm just curious of where all that sand comes from.

  2. i dont think you will actually be finding sand in your eyes its just crust stuff and dont worry its normal

  3. Yeah zac its just crust built up at night

  4. That "sand" is actually eye crust.
