How come I get old search results everytime I log in to yahoo anwsers?

its really weird, every time I log in I get these weird search results about san jose and restaurants that are in the area? How can I prevent this?

In the "Search for questions" section, click on Advanced to go the Advanced Search page.  Here, you have different options (see only resolved/undecided/open questions, limit questions by submitted date) that should help you out.

Above, next to the "search" button, click on the "Advanced" link.  You can choose to only show open questions posted the past 7 days there, or anything else you want.

That'll solve your problem.

That's an interesting one, I would ask Y/A about that one.  

And I'd like to know why, when I am searching for a specific question in the search for questions box, it brings up old resolved questions.  I thought I was trying to search for open questions to answer without having to fish through all the categories, etc....  I think it should bring up the most recent, open questions 1st, and go to the older questions on the later pages.  Any body else like that idea?????
