How come I here anything about the band primus?

How come I never in the media. You always here about bands like the chilly peppers and pearl jam. But never primus how come.

Because it was never primus' intention to become mainstream. If it became mainstream it would attract a different group of fans and primus would not be the primus we know and love today.
