because when you love someone, you automatically give that person the right to hurt you. you become vulnerable to them, and they tend to become insensitive to your feelings.

i think you hurt the one you love most because you're not really happy with that person anymore, so you lash out at the slightest "excuse" to be mad.

unsolicited advice: try to think and feel more. think about what you really want and how you see yourself with this person in the next three to five years. but that's just me :)
