Question:

How come Im getting tired?

iv recently started running and im doing about 6 km a nite, every nite. im not getting stiff or anything, and i push myself. but for some reason, on the way home me legs just wont work as well. its lyk im just slowing down for no reason, im not really too out of breath, but i just cant pick up the pace. i kind of start out going hard and then work into a rhythm but i just dont have the energy to go harder. i dont eat alot before a run because it makes me feel sick, and im also a smoker if that makes any difference. usually its my lungs that give up on me. but the lungs are doing fine, my legs r the ones that are dying.. :s any suggestions?

  1. You need to have recovery or rest days, you can't run the same everyday.

    Alternate hard and easy days.

    Take off at least one day each week.

    If you run hard everyday you are going to become fatigued and you will begin to slow.

    Be sure you cool down and stretch after running, and massage your legs.  


  2. drink plenty of milk. human, cow, goat.... it's all good

  3. well if you used to smoke or you was an alcholic,these stuff happens,but if you run at morning,its good and that effect might go,just try.
