How come Lake Louise water looks so unique compared to others in Canada?

It looks so aqua like florida or the caribbean, how come all other water in canada looks so dull and unaqua?

  1. It is because they have more natural springs. The water is very nice.


  2. I don't know about all the other water in Canada, but I do know that Lake Louise gets it's unique color from the direct feed of glacial melt.  The old, pure ice in the glaciers surrounding it give it a very blue hue.
