laloo prasad yadav is unfit tobe a minister, i thought.  see how he transformed railways . he introduced a/c trains to poor people cheaper than 2nd class..ATMS, cellphone chargers at station and on train,introduced a/c storage for vegetables etc, haulage of materials faster and cheaper than lorry owners. he was guru for management institutes,he was aable to take on bjp on numerous occassions,.. he was achiefminister of a populous state BIHAR and even his wife Rabdidevi was chiefminister. all MLAS are not fools to select a lady as cm.

in jail he use to play chuk-chuk with his friends... finally they give him chance in elections to stand for chuk-chuk Railway minister ... he got selected. till today he chuk-chuk.
