Obama's going to raise taxes, give us another stimulus. Both want to give big $ to alternative fuels & every other cockamamie idea out there. Where's the fiscal responsibility? How 'bout cutting some waste?

  1. I totally agree with you.  Let's vote in someone who actually will cut the waste.  Obama and McCain will not.

  2. Neither of them want to reduce the size of government.

  3. I wish they would.

Government can't do anything well. Look at Freddie & Fannie. But they've got to do a few things. Fight wars, protect our borders, make sure our food & imports are safe. But they can't even do what they need to. Illegal immigration & drug trafficing is out of control, our food & imports are tainted, making people sick, and dont even get me started on Iraq.

  4. i dont want to cut my own p**p.

    thats grody.

  5. Yup, I would start at a minimum of 25% and then 2 years later another 25% and keep cutting until the bureaucracies all  start actually get scared and start actually working.  The military I would leave alone but insist they cut the bloated overhead and also purchase much, much, much, much better than they are doing which is a total disgrace.

We can start with privatising Fannie and Freddie these two balck holes of curruption, waste and an overabundance of political connections.

  6. Because they're both idiots.

Somewhere along the political trail, dems & now reps, too, have decided the way to win elections is to promise money & things to the voting public. Just like cesars in ancient Rome - bread & circus's. When whoever gets elected they forget what they promised but not that they have $ to spend. And they give the $ out to every special interest & politician that supported them. They dont care that it's the people's money.

  7. The Reps and Dems no longer think it is important. All hail the Leviathan.

This is why I support the libertarian party.
