  1. Not really sure but most of the time I really do find hamburger meat disgusting and can hardly look at it lol... I haven't really had any cravings so I'm not sure what a common one would be, I do know that sometimes Ill hear of a food or see it and just have to have it.. I havent really had a loss of appetite but sometimes I do find it very hard to eat because nothing sounds good and it all makes me ill, but im still hungry.

  2. not me! i love meat!!!

  3. I have been craving beef most of my pregnancy now, hamburgers, steak, roasts...if it's beef I want it.

Nothing really turns me off, not until I taste it or smell it.

But I have definitely had loss of appetite all together. If I don't eat as soon as I start to feel hungry or have snacks throughout the day I lose my appetite by the time food is ready.

  4. Not me I still love hamburgers and a good steak. But I don't eat as much chicken as I did before.  I never has any real cravings.  I have gone throw fases.  for a month I was all about naked juice now the thought of it makes me sick.  I also was on a soy milk kick.  Now I drink organic milk more.

  5. I don't know, every person is different.

Some women find certain smells (not necessarily food) really repulsing while pregnant but when they aren't pregnant they are just fine.

Common cravings are hard to pinpoint as well because each person craves differently.

While pregnant I find cigarette smoke and raw beef (of any kind) repulsing.

My common cravings this time was watermelon, now it's red tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese pizza.

  6. I never found meat repulsive with either of my pregnancies. This time though the smell of Parmesan cheese makes me want to run to the bathroom, and I now am okay with the smell of microwave popcorn, that smell when I'm not pregnant is repulsive.

  7. Many medical theories point to biology. In nature, animals are naturally repulsed by plant foods which are poisonous to them. When women become pregnant, the hormone shifts make you tend to eat foods that have less room for contamination. Meat is rotting flesh (dramatic wording, but true), and rotting flesh is more prone to bacterial contamination, and your body knows this on some instinctual level and wants to protect the pregnancy.
