Because Arabia is famous for it's history of the age of illiteracy and ignorance (dor-e-Jahilia) and wherever there has been most illiteracy and ignorace, God sent down His Prophet, and Prophet Muhammad to Arabia, since Arabia before His (Prophet Muhammad's) time was in Extreme Ignorance like women were slaves, daughters used to be buried alive, drinkin, gambling and most of all, IDOLATRY!

When Prophet Muhammad landed in Arabia, He cancelled and demolished all these acts and set up a new foundation for the people of Arabia as a Prophet of God and called it Islam, and that's one of the reasons why it spreaded so far and why it's spreading at a faster pace than any other religion today and will soon conquer the world inshallah!

All prophets were NOT Arabs. There were something like 144,000 prophets Allah sent to every nation and every time period. NO known prophets were Jews. Rabbinical Judaism was created when Jews were living under Islamic rule in the Middle Ages. Prior to that, there were various tribal groups practicing differing sacrificial rituals for slaughter, that's it. For example, Abraham was from Iraq. Most people who call themselves Jews today (98%) are Europeans not Semites. They are descended from Khazaria, near the Black Sea in Russia.

Who cares? Arabic is still an ugly language. And if that's the case, Allah sent all his prophets among Arab, and that is responsible for the fact that Africans and Easterners are currently kaffirs, Allah is clearly a favoritist!

Finally, to answer your question: Most of the 'prophets' are of Middle Eastern background because they are considered prophet by Middle Easterners. You see all national heroes belong to their own countries.

EDIT: Arabic is regarded as the language of heaven and the language of Noah and Eve, by who? By another Arab, Muhammad. It all adds up if only you try to think outside the box.

Who said all Prophets were arabs or Jews?  The Qur'an rejects this notion.

Yunus Chapter 10 : Verse 48

And for every people there is a Messenger. So when their Messenger comes, it is judged between them with equity, and they are not wronged.

Every people would obviously mean all nationalities and all cultures around the world.  Hence, Allah did send Messengers to everyone.

All Prophets were equally from God, and equally true, but the scope of their missions varied. The Divine messengers before the Holy Prophet Muhammad were each given teachings limited to their respective nations, because in those times a nation did not have much to do with other nations. Furthermore, the teachings of each Prophet applied for a limited period of time only, after which God would raise another Prophet to revise some of the teachings for the new circumstances. But at last the time came to unite all the nations upon a single religion so that mankind may live in peace as one nation. For this purpose was sent the Holy Prophet Muhammad, to whom God gave teachings for the whole world for all time to come.

The first verse you quoted, doesn't use the definite article "the" in the original Arabic words. It means "by a clear Arabic tongue (or clear Arabic language)".

As for the second and third verses, you probably misunderstood the purpose. These are the verses with the previous verse which you didn't quote:

026.197 Is it not a Sign to them that the Learned of the Children of Israel knew it (as true)?

026.198 Had We revealed it to any of the non-Arabs,

026.199 And had he recited it to them, they would not have believed in it.

It tells you that the learned of the children of Israel learned it as true as it was Arabic.

As for the last verse you quoted, again, it is out-of-context. This is the verse with the two preceding verses which show its real meaning.:

009.097 The Arabs of the desert are the worst in Unbelief and hypocrisy, and most fitted to be in ignorance of the command which Allah hath sent down to His Messenger: But Allah is All-knowing, All-Wise.

009.098 Some of the desert Arabs look upon their payments as a fine, and watch for disasters for you: on them be the disaster of evil: for Allah is He That heareth and knoweth (all things).

009.099 But some of the desert Arabs believe in Allah and the Last Day, and look on their payments as pious gifts bringing them nearer to Allah and obtaining the prayers of the Messenger. Aye, indeed they bring them nearer (to Him): soon will Allah admit them to His Mercy: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

Al-Qur'an, 009.097-099 (At-Tawba [Repentance, Dispensation])

Finally, the prophet (pbuh) said that "There is no privilege of an Arab over an Ajam and an Ajam over an Arab but in piety".

number.

Last Prophet was sent to Mecca being the center of known world. So the last message spreads in all directions.

Arabia being desert remained free from influence of other cultures.  Because there was no wealth  of any kind or agriculture no other powers occupied it.  Arabia remained

untouched for centuries and wars between the tribes gave them best warfare training.

Allah planned to send  Arabs the last Prophet  as they were never guided before.  The way these warrior  Arabs expanded the message of Islam so rapidly to neighboring lands, it would not have happend if last Messenger was sent to any other culture.  They would have changed the religion vey soon.  But Arabs not only saved the religion but spread all over the world.  Allah  saved Arabs from love of wealth and comforts of this world to make them instrument of spreading Islam all over the world.  Today I find them more

generous in spending money and  in giving their lives for the causes of Islam as compared to people of any culture.

Because Arabs were acquainted with the Prophets of nearby lands like Palestine due to their Caravan Trades

between Arabia and Syria (Palestine),  Allah mentioned the Prophets of neighboring lands  in Quran  and didn't mentioned the names of Prophets  who came to far distant lands like India or China  because they never heard of them.

If Allah had mentioned stories of all  124,000  Prophets he sent all over the world,  Quran would have been so big, that no one would want to carry it  or read it. So Allah mentioned only few the most important one  like Abraham, Moses, Jesus Noah  etc. etc.  Saleh the Prophets of nearby lands only.  

It doesn't mean Allah didn't send Prophets to other lands.

It is written in Quran that Allah sent total of 124,000 Prophets

to all lands where ever people lived in large numbers like

near the livers or lakes of lands all over the world.

If one make efforts to find about gods of Indians in America, you will find the concept of worsipping one God  in many tribes and lands in America. They called the one God High Spirit.  It was always  people who  later started worshipping the statue of Prophet s who taught them religion.  This happend in all lands.   Allah had plan to bring the final Prophet in the center of world Arabia.  For this reason previous books were not saved unaltered.  But He made  personal responsibility of His own to make sure that Quran is neve altered  being the final message of God.

If people can't understand or don't want to understand the simple explanation then only God can make them understand but  He is not going to come Himself to preach.

If some one searches for God, then Allah gives him guidance on to his heart.  This is His way of guidance   where message of Islam has not yet reached.
