  2. That is weird. Why, of all weekends, would both New York teams be out of town on Labor Day weekend? The schedule makers messed up with that one.

  4. They probably played at home on other holidays such as the Fourth of July, Father's Day, and Mother's Day. It's basically how the scheduling works. I'm a Pirates fan and I wanted to see them play on the Fourth, but they were on the road. The Yankees and Mets may be home next year on Labor Day.
