So do black cows and white cows and cows with mixed colouring ...   except they don't "give" butter"  -  and it isn't always yellow.  Here, it's mostly the natural colour  -  cream, but some dairies add something to intensify the colour..

first off milk is white and cows do not give butter butter is made from the cream that is removed from milk and they add yellow food coloring to it if you make home made butter it will be cream colored not yellow
