  1. 1) THEY EAT SO MUCH: They eat a lot compared to their size, they eat all day long without stopping, they eat far more than just to satisfy their hunger.

    2) They have 4 stomachs!!!!

    3) Do you see cows exercising?  They are very sedentary!  I would get so fat if i just ate and sat all day.

4)They are ruminants, they breakdown cellulose (grass) into amino acids and nutrients.  So they get tons more out of grass then humans do.

    5) Farmers feed them grains.  And farmers probably feed them special supplements.

  2. Its the way there designed.

  3. Fat can come from different substances. Sugar, which is in grass, can be broken down into elements and then formed into lipid molecules. If that did not happen, all the vegetarians and herbivores would be dead!

BTW, having 4 stomachs only helps break down the food. A trait among herbivores is that they have longer small intestines, allowing them to get more nutrients. Their larger cecum also allows them to convert chemicals. Whatever the farmers feed them, its still plant material. Also, not all plant material is fat free. To see the effects of sugar and weight, try eating a bunch of potatoes, made of starch(a macrosugar) for a week. U will blow up.

In fact, the sole reason that cows cud is to get the most out of the grass.
