How come europeans take their shirts off when they clean?

I live in Las Vegas and they're are a lot of euros on this side of town and everytime I go to their how and a man is cleaning, their shirt is off. Is it a manly thing?, they can't look masculine with a vacum and shirt on?

i don't know, but i'm not european or a male and i take my shirt off when i clean. doesn't everyone?

I am European but not living in Vegas.

But when I clean up at home, I always take my shirt off.

I sweat a lot which makes my wife hot and...er..errrr... well... I leave the rest to the imagination... ;-)
