How come everyone wins the first time?

Question

Whatever form of game it be, sports betting, stock market trading, or even playing simple cards. How come everyone wins the first time?

I used to win a lot at initial stage of every game.

Is there any theory behind this?

It's not true.  If it were, then if two people that had never played a game played each other, they would both have to win, which isn't possible in most games.

Why dont you play every game once; that way you'll always be a winner!
