How come everytime I try to change my avatar it won't work?

I'm trying to change my avatar. How do I upload it and change it.

You have to get a yaho 360 account. Upload a google picture by going to google an dtype waht you want. Go to the picture and press right click and press save picture as and press save, on the 360 account, press browse on uploading picture section, go to the 360 mail box and you should see a message from yahoo and press upload a picture, press brwose, click the picture you uploaded and press save an don the bottom press save, you are gonna have to wait a few hours or so, soon, the avatar will a come.

Whenever you want a another picture do the samething, but you have to go to the upload page and press the picture you want and press set as primerary an dsoon you should have it again.
