How come everytime i ask a question i get -5 points?

Because asking a question costs 5 points.  It's just the way the site was set up.

all  users  loose  5 poijts when they ask a question  but you get 3 points back when  you  pick the best answer

Because this site is called yahoo answers not yahoo questions. But still if no one asks then no one would answer.

I say we should get 5 points for asking.
