How come for almost 6 months now the Phil. Embassy in Riyadh still has no available passports?

For almost 6 months now the Phil. Embassy in Riyadh still has no passport available and every time I contacted the embassy the answer always call back again on Sundays because thats the day delivery pouches from Manila will arrive , but still no passports coming. It's so frustrating on our parts here as OFW working in Saudi Arabia the embassy should have serve as well.

I was told it was a distribution issue.

Maybe you should have sent inquired at the Jeddah Office instead. Have you checked if they have blank passports there?
