Question:

How come golf isn't in the Summer Olympics?

I would think that most cities who are candidates for the olympics would also happen to have some decent golf courses near them.

It has been twice....decades ago!

Only reason I can think of (besides domination by US and Western Europe) is time. One round can last 4-6 hours, and most Matches consist of 3-4 rounds over a weekend.
