How come half the questions in the Hockey section aren't about hockey?

I come to this section sometimes but there is always stupid questions that do not relate to hockey at all.

What is going on?

this question is getting as bad/annoying/old as all the other misplaced questions.  sorry, i'm cranky, i hate mondays.  

Y!A is doing a bang up job with this section.  many weeks ago after an "update", all these questions suddenly landed in the hockey section.  they are "fixing" the problem but as you can plainly see, they aren't doing sh*t to fix it.  

i kinda find some of the misplaced questions rather amusing myself.  but i wouldn't miss them if they were gone for good.

Hey Spud!  Yahoo did some crazy update around 3 weeks ago, and now questions with "&" or ">" or other symbols are automatically suggested for the Hockey category. Yahoo has yet to fix the problem, so a lot of us are a bit bent out of shape by it.   Good to see you back.

its because if u put in symbols like %$# that nomatter what the question is about it gets sent 2 the hockey section
