How come hurricanes don't have as much...?

How come they aint got as much lightning/thunder as a thunderstorm.

how come during a strong hurricane, there are usually like 130 strikes all together, and then as it weakens it turns to thunderstorms and tornadoes

and where exactly do all those tornadoes come from.

how does a hurricane create them.
