How come i'm not sore when i come from the gym?

i used to be really sore when i would get back to the gym. I'm not that regular and i cant lift that much. But i started taking creatine with nitrous oxide and i notice that i dont feel as sore. And i can get more reps with heavier weight. My friends say that i should be sore from working out but i dont feel it is it because of the creatine with that nitrous?

  1. after a while of doing the same thing your body gets used to it so it wouldnt be sore anymore.

    you need to increase your work at the gym, do more & harder things and you will be sore from that, but then your body would get used to it. And after that you keep on building up.


  2. creatine fills in your muscles. usually when your sore thats because your muscles are torn.

    be careful with creatine. its great stuff for working out, but bad for conditioning. also drink lots of water.

    Running, things like that.

    Try working out one day, then doing cardio the next.

  3. you should try changing your workouts

    once your body gets used to the same workouts it doesnt grow as much

    so change it up and train hard but make sure you dont overtrain yourself

    and creatine helps give your muscles energy
