How come i can't buy useing paypal?!?!?!?

ok so there's this band shirt i really really want to buy. the only place where i can purchase it is on the band's website so i went on there clicked the purchase button and it said i need a paypal accont, so i made one then after that i put down all the shipping information. then went i clicked to go to the next step and the paypal said that their's something wrong with my card so i used my other card's number and i still wouldn't exept my payment both of my cards are visa debt cards can anyone explain why this is happaning?

sometimes useally problem with credit cards ..but u have to know only usa residents can add funds to paypal via credit card.maybe your not from usa..i think u are from india..anyhow do you know virtual credit card ? yes it works for your problem but open new paypal account and add vcc card ..see it works!generally people..ok if are from india.i have funds in paypal that i want to sell..i help u ..meet me online anyhow my id is [e-mail]

If they are debit cards you can just use your bank account info instead. Since you have no funds in your paypal account to start with, paypal can use your bank account info to write an echeck to the company to pay for your item but it will probably take 3-4 days for it to clear. (also when you first setup your bank account it will take a couple of days for them to verify it- they will deposit an amount, you have to tell them how much they deposited and thats it)
