How come i can't raise my right eyebrow?

Lol i'm trying to raise my eyebrows ONE at a time. And i can raise the left one just fine, but my right eyebrow won't budge lol. Why is this?

Hahaha.  I can't raise my eyebrows individually as well.  I have to raise it up with my finger. :P

Only some people have the ability to raise both of them one at a time. But it's rare.
