How come i can't see all the auctions by a seller?

hi why is it that people have like 90 auctions up but i can only see 40? and similarly i have 106 auctions but people always can only see 49, and in the past it was like that and i just kept refreshing the page to see the rest but it doesn't work any more.. why! =((

sometimes it takes a while for a new item to load and they only put 50 items per page the rest are on page 2
